Privacy Policy — Anim Quotes

Anim Quotes (referred to as “the App”, "the Service", “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and your rights.

If you choose to use the app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

1. Data collection and storage

Anim Quotes is designed to minimize data collection. By default, the app stores data and settings locally on your device.

• Local storage: Any preferences or options the app may provide
• Deleting the App: If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device. This includes consumables bought via in-app purchases.

2. In-app purchases & subscriptions

Anim Quotes offers in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the App Store or external third-party providers. We do not store payment information.

• In-app purchases can unlock quotes, features or consumable items.

3. Analytics

To improve the App experience, Anim Quotes may send anonymous analytics data. Analytics helps us understand feature usage, crashes and performance.

• Data sent is aggregated and anonymized and does not include personal identifiers such as name, email, contact list, or device owner information.
• Examples of analytics events: general device model (non-identifying), app version, feature usage counters, and crash reports.

4. Third-party services

The App relies on Apple frameworks and services including but not limited to Apple Intelligence and StoreKit. These services are governed by Apple’s own privacy policies and terms.

We may also use third-party analytics providers; when used, we ensure that only anonymized, non-personal information is transmitted.

5. Your rights

Since the App stores data locally and does not retain personal data on our servers, your primary controls are local:

• Delete the App to remove all local data from your device.
• Use the App Store’s subscription management to cancel or change subscriptions (if the app is providing subscriptions)

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect local data on the device and limit transmission of data off-device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Discontinuation

The Service is provided and is intended for use as is. It may be discontinued at any time. Should the service be discontinued, this does not give you eligibility to any refund.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will include an updated “Effective date.” We encourage you to review this page periodically.
