Savepoint — Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 20th, 2026
Savepoint (referred to as “the App”, "the Service", “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, and your rights.
By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Data collection and storage
Savepoint is designed to minimize data collection. By default, the app stores data and settings locally on your device.
- Local storage: Any game, session or options is stored locally on your phone
- Deleting the App: If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently removed from your device. This includes consumables bought via in-app purchases.
2. In-app purchases & subscriptions
Savepoint may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by the App Store. External third-party providers like RevenueCat might also be used. We do not store payment information.
- In-app purchases/subscriptions unlock additional features.
2.1 Unsubscribing
Canceling or not renewing a subscription will remove access to features the subscription was granting you. Some features may stop working.
3. Analytics
To improve the App experience, Savepoint may send anonymous analytics data. Analytics helps us understand feature usage, crashes and performance.
- Data sent is aggregated and anonymized and does not include personal identifiers such as name, email, contact list, or device owner information.
- Examples of analytics events: general device model (non-identifying), app version, feature usage counters, permissions states, or crash reports.
4. Third-party services
The App relies on Apple frameworks and services including but not limited to StoreKit and RevenueCat.
Purchases and subscriptions are governed by Apple’s App Store terms and policies. Apple and 3rd party tools may collect and process certain data independently as part of providing services.
5. Your rights
Since the App stores data locally and does not retain personal data on our servers, your primary controls are local:
- Delete the App to remove all local data from your device.
- Use the App Store’s subscription management to cancel or change subscriptions (if the app provides subscriptions).
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect local data on the device and limit transmission of data off-device. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised version will include an updated “Effective date.” We encourage you to review this page periodically.
